What is included in each DIY kit?

Each kit includes everything you need to complete your project: your design, diamonds, diamond pen, tray, wax and the required accessories. The exact contents may vary slightly depending on the product.

Do I need to buy any additional tools?

No, everything you need is included in your kit. However, if you plan to craft with friends or share your kit with several people, we recommend adding an Extra Tools Kit so everyone can create at the same time.

Are your kits beginner-friendly?

Yes! Our kits are designed to be easy, relaxing and beginner-friendly. They’re also mess-free, making them a simple creative activity you can enjoy almost anywhere.

How long does it take to complete a project?

Our designs are created to feel relaxing, not overwhelming. Most of our projects are smaller and quicker to complete than traditional large diamond painting canvases, so you can enjoy the creative process without committing to a project that takes weeks.

Are the diamonds included?

Yes! All the diamonds needed to complete your design are included, and we also provide extra diamonds in case you need a few more along the way.

Is the glue already applied?

Yes. The surface is self-adhesive, so there’s no need to add any glue. Simply remove the protective film section by section and start placing your diamonds.

Can I reuse the tools included in my kit?

Absolutely! Your diamond pen, tray and other reusable tools can be kept and used for future Kraft & Diamond projects.

What should I do if I run out of diamonds?

Please contact us at contact@kraftdiamond.com and let us know which diamonds you are missing. We’ll be happy to help arrange replacement diamonds.

What should I do if something is missing from my kit?

Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue so we can help resolve it quickly. We may ask you to provide a photo of the kit and its contents so we can verify what is missing and arrange the appropriate replacement.

Your order may travel with an international tracking number before being handed over to a local carrier in your country.

Once your parcel reaches the destination country and is processed by the local delivery network, a last-mile tracking number may be assigned or activated. This does not always happen immediately, so there may be a short delay before your local tracking information becomes available.
