Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
You can use it to track your package online and monitor its delivery progress.

Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on our store include taxes where applicable.
For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is already included in the product price and no additional fees will apply at delivery.

For international orders outside the EU — local import taxes or customs duties may apply upon delivery.

These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@kraftdiamond.com.
We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Unclaimed / Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected within the allotted time at the pickup point, the shipping address provided was incomplete or incorrect, or the carrier was unable to deliver the parcel, the parcel will be considered unclaimed and will neither be refunded nor reshipped free of charge.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, as well as a valid phone number.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or due to the customer’s failure to respond to the carrier’s requests (emails, calls, or SMS), the package may be returned to the sender.

In such cases, no reshipment will be made & no refund.
